Shipping Address Corrections / Reroutes / Undeliverable Packages
If your package was shipped correctly, but is deemed undeliverable by UPS or
FedEx and is returned to A1GlassHummingbirdFeeders, a minimum fee of $10.00
plus additional shipping charges to resend the order will be charged to your (the
customer's) credit card account. UPS and FedEx charge for the return of a
delivery if the package is undeliverable. Once we receive it, UPS and FedEx
charge the standard fees to reship to the corrected address.
If the shipping address provided to us is deemed undeliverable by UPS or
FedEx, we will make every attempt to obtain the correct shipping information.
Once it is returned to us by UPS or FedEx and if you choose to reship, the
actual shipping charges plus the $10.00 return fee will be charged to your
account. If you choose not to pay the additional shipping charges, the order will
be cancelled and the full amount charged, minus all shipping fees, including the
$10.00 fee for the return of the item by FedEx or UPS, will be refunded.
If the package is in transit to the original recipient, and you would like the order
sent to another address, we may contact the carrier (UPS or FedEx) to submit a
reroute request. There is a minimum $10.00 fee for this request. However, UPS /
FedEx does not guarantee that the package will be intercepted and delivered to
the new/corrected address. You will only be charged for the reroute if the
intercept occurs.
